Viewing progress is very important to stay motivated, and to learn what works for you. Everybody is different and it is sometimes difficult to figure out what will work for you. GymBio shows a complete summary of your progress from weight, measurements to exercise progress. This information is displayed using elegant interactive graphs, making it quick and easy to see trends and goals.
